Food is made in limited batches. If an item becomes unavailable, we may offer a substitution, credit, refund, or order adjustment.
Cancellations and refunds are handled case by case. Orders may be non-refundable once food has been prepared, held, packed, dispatched, picked up, or delivered.
Pickup and delivery are available only when offered. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, pickup, and delivery information.

Our food may contain or come into contact with major allergens, including milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, and sesame.
Please tell us about allergies before ordering. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free kitchen, smoker, prep area, packaging area, or delivery process.
Food should be eaten, stored, reheated, or refrigerated safely. Once food is picked up or delivered, the customer is responsible for safe handling.
